Julie discusses Riverside living within her Pace of Sunshine North townhouse

Community-led living is all about creating an environment that allows residents to thrive, providing amenity that encourages a connected way of life within a precinct.

The Riverside community at Pace of Sunshine North delivers this in spades, fostering natural connections through the integration of walking tracks, communal recreation facilities and verdant spaces beside the Maribyrnong River.

Julie was fond of this sentiment, first drawn to the development for its family-focused qualities. The deciding factor, however, was her son Jacob’s love for the ‘million-dollar’ city views. New Year’s Eve is about to reach a whole new level for the family, allowing them to ring in the new year watching the city’s annual fireworks show from the comfort of their living room.

On comparing her home to other more traditional townhouses on the market, Julie says: “I really like the design; there’s a lot of natural light, high ceilings, and everything is bigger than I imagined. Normally townhouses are very small, but this is anything but small!”

After Julie’s niece visited the family’s new home, she was so taken aback by the space, views, and community spirit that she decided to purchase one for herself.
