ABOUT PACE

Born and raised by Melbourne

Pace has been building on the modern foundations of Melbourne for over 30 years. With more than 100 projects delivered across Melbourne and a few awards along the way, we have a rich and proud history in the city we will always call home. And as an end-to-end developer with so much appreciation for the Melbourne way of life, we can genuinely say there’s no other place in the world we’d rather be.

Belong for good

Pace is a chance to build on the city and community we’re all so proud of. Shane Wilkinson founded Pace in 1992 with that simple idea in mind – and he still owns property in one of Pace’s most iconic buildings to this day. After 31 short years, we’ve grown to a team of 100, but every one of us still sees so much potential here. Even if we’re just a small part of the history and future of this incredible city, then it’s a legacy worth pursuing with everything we have.

Design, construct, deliver

Pace is an end-to-end developer building smart spaces from the ground up. We oversee development, acquisitions, planning, architecture, construction, sales and marketing, finance, legal, commercial – and every minute detail in between. This holistic approach gives us complete oversight and accountability for the standard of quality we expect of ourselves and our collaborators. The result is one of coherence and harmony, a building perfectly suited to the postcode it calls home.
