Project Announcement – Windsor Picks Up Pace

Pace is set to rejuvenate another slice of Melbourne, with our latest acquisition located on Windsor’s celebrated Chapel Street. Our boutique commercial project is set to bring 400 workers to the retail precinct, with state-of-the-art facilities delivering an elevated workplace experience.

Our recent acquisition of two neighbouring development sites in the trendy, inner-city suburb of Windsor presents a unique opportunity to bring the Pace standard of commercial design and amenities to this eclectic pocket of Melbourne.

The burgeoning Windsor end of Chapel Street offers an exciting canvas to bring much-needed office space to the city’s fringe, enabling Pace to upweight our pipeline with A-grade commercial office projects.

“Our goal for 70 Chapel Street is to create a thriving commercial hub, catering to tenants such as creative agencies and small businesses,” our Managing Director Shane Wilkinson said.

“Overall, we aim to provide an elevated workplace experience for up to 400 workers.”

Set to launch in 2024, the project will include more than just your average work perks. Outstanding amenities will include central bicycle parking, premium end-of-trip facilities, landscaped outdoor terrace spaces, and EV (Electric Vehicle) charging facilities.

It adds to Pace’s growing commercial credentials, being the third commercial project in the South-Eastern ring, following premium office projects like Six Cubitt in Cremorne, currently under construction, and the award-winning 51 Langridge in Collingwood.

A sophisticated workplace design is currently underway, befitting its acclaimed location amongst Melbourne’s best bars, restaurants, and retail venues.

Stay tuned for further project updates.
