Pace secures development permit for Brunswick East

Pace has delivered many unique projects in Melbourne’s north. We are excited to continue growing our extensive portfolio and announce that a permit has been granted for our latest development in the heart of Brunswick East.

A favourite postcode to many Melburnians, securing a site in 3057 was a no-brainer. The Brunswick development marks the newest acquisition of our top-quality projects in Melbourne’s inner city.

The seven-storey building is designed by prominent architecture firm Techne Architects. Techne Architects specialise in crafting designs that are informed by the unique elements of each project’s locale. Through creating empathetic and interconnected spaces, the studio continuously delivers distinctive results.

The project will include approximately 90 apartments and 1500sqm of retail space, with a focus on robust materials and high-quality Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) outcomes. As a result of these sustainable efforts, the Brunswick development will be a carbon-neutral building. This is another reflection of Pace’s commitment to creating a greener future across all our developments.

Both the communal spaces on level one and the rooftop will be designed by Acre. Residents can unwind in a manicured space and soak up the sweeping views of the surrounding area.

From weekend walks down Lygon Street to discovering eclectic restaurants and bars on weeknights, future residents will quickly feel at home in bustling Brunswick East.

Stay tuned for further information on this project in the coming months.
