A cinematic location: Pace secures a Peninsula Postcode

After delivering more than 100 buildings across Melbourne, you could say we’ve learned a thing or two about the postcodes that make up our city.

It’s been said that living on the coast is one of the secrets to happiness. So, when a site with a Peninsula postcode (3199, to be exact) presented itself – we couldn’t wait to pursue it.

Our newest project location boasts a cinematic past as the former home of Frankston Cinemas. Transitioning from the silver screen into a premium residential project, our future building will seamlessly connect with its bayside locale.

Our vision for the site is to design, construct and deliver approximately 200 apartments for the modern Mornington downsizer. Incorporating our signature of smart design, the apartments will feature views across Port Philip Bay while providing the perks of a low maintenance lifestyle.

“Our design brief emphasises Pace’s commitment to developing buildings that are truly iconic and timeless in their architectural language,” says Shane Wilkinson, our Managing Director.

Retail on the ground floor will complement the existing mix of dining, shopping and services on the main street, while the short stroll to Frankston Beach will provide opportunities to soak up the sun and experience beachside living in all its glory.

From city weekdays to Sorrento weekends, future residents are positioned to enjoy Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula from every angle.

3199, we’ll be on your shores soon.
