Kosta Peters from Technogym, who is behind the world-class equipment on offer at The Darley, said that there’s only one requirement for using the gym:

Residents will have full access to the Technogym app which is designed to complement the physical experience of being in The Darley’s fitness centre. This personalised app has been tailored to address the real-time needs of users as they try out the equipment and different workouts, providing tips to elevate their gym experience.

“Our equipment and app aim to support individuals throughout their journey to better health – whether that be someone starting out or someone with a background in experienced training,” said Kosta.

But what if you’re not a gym junkie?  

If your approach is more about stretching than sit-ups, The Darley’s health and wellness centre offers the ideal space to help you achieve a strength of mind and body. Amenities like our spacious open-plan exercise rooms create the perfect atmosphere for yoga sessions or pilates. And if you need to take a break, relax and unwind on the terrace outside.

On level seven, the infinity pool is the perfect place to cool off post work-out. With uninterrupted views of the Flemington Racecourse and beyond, the only choice is whether to do some laps or lounge under the cabanas.
