Behind the aesthetics, we are proudly targeting a 5 Star ‘Design and As-Built’ rating with Australia’s leading sustainability rating system for buildings, Green Star; meaning that both the design and the finished construction must deliver on its sustainability goals. Amongst many sustainable initiatives, the building will be created using select materials sourced from responsible manufacturers recognised for their sustainable methods.
