All-weather rooftop restaurant and bar, Amatrice is the modern-Italian creation of Melbourne restaurateurs: Dave Parker (Pastuso, Robata, San Telmo) and Alex Brawn (Sebastian). Inspired by the rooftops of Soho House merged with the elegance of a Milanese station bistro, this all-weather diner is the destination for memorable meetings, impressive team gatherings and panoramic, sunset toasts.

Their collaborative multi-disciplinary team is committed to the exploration of innovative socially and environmentally sustainable design across a wide range of project types and scales.

Splinter Society
Inte­ri­or Design

Led by Asha Nicholas and Chris Stan­ley, Splin­ter Soci­ety is a Mel­bourne-based archi­tec­ture and inte­ri­or design stu­dio com­mit­ted to craft­ing cus­tom human envi­ron­ments dis­tin­guished by diverse expe­ri­ences. With an empha­sis on design process, Splinter Society cre­ates dis­tinct­ly tac­tile projects, draw­ing on lay­ered influ­ences. Every project is grounded in sol­id prin­ci­ples of func­tion­al­i­ty and envi­ron­men­tal sustainability.
