VISION

Pace of Mount Waverley sets a pioneering model for affordable housing, creating sustainable, efficient homes with lasting social impact. Designed to meet the urgent needs of women over 55, the project offers thoughtfully crafted apartments that ensure stability and security. This development serves as a blueprint for future initiatives, blending practicality with compassion to address critical community demands.

AMENITY

Communal terraces and shared spaces (including BBQ facilities) were integrated into the building design to foster community interaction and promote a lively neighbourhood environment. The communal lounge, equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, further encourages social get-togethers. Further amenities include outdoor gardens, laundry services, bike storage, and a meeting room.
