Pace of Collingwood

Construction Update - October 2017 - Published October 2017

Collingwood continues to be a hub of activity. We’ve already excavated down to basement level 2 and the retention systems are well underway to secure the surrounds before beginning the excavation of basement level 3. The next structural support anchors will be drilled shortly so we can begin work on the shotcrete walls. At present, we are nearly 10 metres below ground level with a further 6 metres to go until we reach the underside of basement level 4.

Pace is pleased to announce that Broad Bean Organic Grocer will be opening a retail store on the ground floor of Pace of Collingwood, selling organic groceries and serving up delicious coffee, smoothies, juices and raw treats. They’ll also be occupying a second retail tenancy in the development, opening their first ever organic liquor store to the people of Collingwood.
