Home Stories: Natalie discusses her home highlights and what this new chapter means to her

Natalie and her husband’s journey with Pace started fortuitously during Melbourne’s 2020 lockdown, when a particular construction site caught their eye on their daily walk around the streets of Ascot Vale.

The couple had recently sold their villa on the very same street as Pace of Ascot Vale and were looking for a new place to call home, signifying a fresh start and a brand-new chapter in their lives. The pair had a clear checklist of what they were looking for: “We wanted to have the ease of living in an apartment that was fresh and clean. We wanted to have a lifestyle; with restaurants and bars that we can walk to.”

Since moving into her fifth-storey terrace apartment, Natalie proudly confirms: “we got everything we wanted.”

"Walking past this building site over the past 12 months, we got to know the foreman and some of the tradies. We were really taken with the Pace story."

Some of Natalie’s favourite things about her new home include her kitchen with its quality Miele appliances, the scale of the rooms, the high ceilings and her large terrace balcony with city views.

Even her 18-month Jack Russel, Sir Sydney, loves the new apartment: “He’s taken to it like a duck to water,” she said.
