Hampton Quarter: A Celebration of Accolades & Recognition

From the outset, Hampton Quarter set a new benchmark for bayside living. Now, that vision is being recognised, with the precinct receiving multiple industry accolades that celebrate its design, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Celebrating Design and Craft

At the 2025 Australian Apartment Advocacy Association (AAAA) Awards, the project received both the Di Ritter Pioneering Award and the Precinct Rejuvenation Award – a testament to its forward-thinking design and contribution to coastal regeneration.

It was also named Development of the Year – High-Density Residential (Under 200 Apartments) at the Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence 2025, further establishing its place as one of Melbourne’s leading new residential precincts.

A Testament to Collaboration

These recognitions celebrate not only the finished form, but also the collaboration behind it. Designed in partnership with ARM Architecture and JAM Architects, and delivered by Pace Development Group and EPC Pacific, Hampton Quarter demonstrates the strength of creative partnerships in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Setting a New Standard for Bayside Living

Beyond its architectural impact, Hampton Quarter has played a key role in redefining the Hampton precinct, introducing new public spaces, retail, and community connection along the coastal corridor. Each accolade is a reflection of that broader ambition: to create a project that’s both timeless and transformative.
