A new low-rise development delivers luxurious modern design and exceptional convenience to an elevated and leafy Doncaster East neighbourhood.
From 3-11 Mitchell Street many of Pace of Doncaster East’s 82 larger one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will have city or Dandenong Ranges views. It is just three minutes’ drive from Westfield Doncaster and close to leading schools, the Eastern Freeway and parks.
Opposite popular local centre Jackson Court, the development will also have its own ground-level gourmet supermarket – one of the first of its kind in Victoria.
The four-level building has a townhouse-style appearance with fluted concrete and rendered surfaces and timber and copper finishes. It is being developed and built by Pace Development Group and has been designed by Ascui and Co Architects with interiors by the renowned Carr Design Group.
At street level the three retail tenancies include a new cafe from the operators of Three Monkeys Place. A solid cantilevered canopy separates this public level from the apartments above that are set into the design, protecting balconies of up to 61 square metres.
Communal terrace gardens on level one form a lush green sanctuary with a lotus pond, barbecues and outdoor dining settings. A black reflection pool in the lobby will welcome residents with a sense of tranquility, set among timber wall panelling, terrazzo flooring and brass accents.
Pace Development Group sales and marketing director Cameron Yates says: “Pace of Doncaster East offers the best of both worlds combining the extraordinary convenience of living on the border of the Doncaster activity zone, with the peace and quiet of a private, leafy neighbourhood.
“To further enhance the living environment for residents we have applied feng shui principles throughout the building from the lobby to the shared gardens.”
Ninety per cent of the apartments have two or more car spaces in the secure basement levels, where there’s also an option of fully enclosed private garages and upsized or enlarged storage spaces.
Apartments include engineered matt oak floorboards in living areas, pure wool carpets in bedrooms, natural ventilation ducts, fully fitted wardrobes, copious storage and NBN capability.
Apartments start at $375,000 for one bedroom. Pace of Doncaster East is expected to be ready for residents in mid to late 2018.

The selling point

Amenities
High-end amenities will add privilege and advantage to living at Pace of Doncaster East. Nearly all apartments have two or more car spaces, which can be fully enclosed into private garages.
Residents will be welcomed home by the serenity of the lobby’s reflection pond and they can relax in their own private courtyards and terraces. They will be able to shop downstairs in a gourmet supermarket or meet for coffee or a meal in the building’s cafes. Across the road, Jackson Court has a diverse choice of eateries.
