The St Kilda Icon 60% Sold

Derided by locals and poised to be sold as a development site, 6 St Kilda Road has proven to be an unmitigated success – as the sales testify, with over 60% of the project sold in advance of the public launch. A product of Pace Development Group and conceived by Jackson Clement Burrows Architects, the tower was criticised through mainstream media and local opposition group websites during the approval process.
