The Pace Of Collingwood - Demolition Complete

Construction Update - June 2017 - Published June 2017

The Pace of Collingwood site has been completely cleared as demolition work concludes. The team is now ready for final soil testing which allows for set out works and excavation to begin. The ‘set out’ involves marking a full-size plan of the building on the ground to clearly define the outline of the basement and other key building components.

Drilling rigs will arrive shortly, setting the concrete piles for the retention system before excavation commences next month.

Currently at over 60% sold, we anticipate Pace of Collingwood will be complete by Q4, 2018.
