Pace Of Doncaster East - Demolition Nearing Completion

As demolition and safe removal of the existing structures on site nears completion, planning for the next stage has already begun. Soil is being removed and the drilling rigs have arrived. This is an important stage as it involves setting the concrete piles in place for the retention systems that ready the area for excavation in the coming weeks.

The basement levels are significant in size, allowing for two or more car parks to 90% of the apartments.

The low-rise development has been a popular arrival in a peaceful, leafy Doncaster East neighbourhood, bordering the busier Doncaster activity zone.

The display suite has now relocated to 2/860 Doncaster Road, Doncaster East, so drop in and say hi to Michael.

With over 80% sold, the development is on schedule for completion in Q4, 2018.
