Pace of Doncaster East

Construction Update - October 2017 - Published October 2017

The bulk excavation of the basement is nearing completion and the southern half of the site has bottomed out. Our first substantial concrete placement has been carried out with completion of the basement 3 slab on the ground. Precast structure and suspended basement carpark slabs will continue in the coming weeks on the southern side of the site whilst basement retention, bulk excavation and footing foundations will continue to the northern half of the project. The site is now facilitated by use of a Hammerhead Tower Crane assisting in the construction of all current structure elements moving toward closing the building out with tasks such as plaster load and landscaping installation. The towercrane will be in operation until mid-late 2018.

At Pace of Doncaster East, all three retail tenants are now confirmed. Purchasers will have prime access to a brand new Aldi flagship supermarket, a new restaurant from the creators of Three Monkeys Place and Pedram Dental Clinic.

We anticipate completion at Pace of Doncaster East in Q4, 2018.
