Since launching just 8 weeks ago, our newest project has already reached 50% sold allowing for demolition works to commence as we enter the new year. Our specialist team will embark on the careful preservation and restoration of the iconic St Crispin House façade as they clear the surrounding area for construction of the multi-level townhouses and apartments. As an added benefit for purchasers, Pace have recently acquired the Stafford Street laneway situated between our two residential buildings. This means the laneway is no longer public land, allowing us to increase security and add further amenity including more landscaping and a secure covered walkway running from the basement to a redesigned Stafford Street lobby.
