Pace Initiates Collaboration With Co Ground On New Project In Collingwood

Starting with an alert from their architect about unused space at their display suite, PACE Development Group has begun a unique collaboration with co-Ground, a registered charity who has located a pop-up cafe on the land where the display suite for PACE's next project - PACE of Collingwood - will eventually rise.

Co-Ground launched in 2015 (link is external) in response to the devastation caused by record-breaking category 5 Cyclone Pam in Vanuatu and their 100% of their profits generated by Co-Ground are channeled into support their education and livelihood programs across the Asia-Pacific region.

With PACE covering rent, electricity, water and other associated building costs, Co-Ground is set to maximise revenue for its charitable ventures, whilst at the same time bringing good coffee to the locals of Collingwood.

PACE of Collingwood is a 79 unit development located on the corner of Wellington and Langridge Streets in Collingwood. Building architect is SJB Architects and interiors by We Are Huntly (link is external); the project is set to have a fully activated rooftop garden featuring an open-air kitchen, barbeques, entertainment areas, dining facilities and uninterrupted CBD view from the roof and from level 4 upwards.

The building will have 9 residential levels and 4 basement levels which house car parks and lock-up storage spaces. The ground floor is set to house bicycle storage and 3 retail tenancies on the prime corner.
