Demon Scores Luxury

Herald Sun, Benn Dorrington - Published May 2015

Former Melbourne midfielder turned property development manager Andrew Leoncelli has scored a luxury St Kilda apartment.

Leoncelli, who played with the Demons from 1996 to 2003, turned to property development after he retired, now working as director of residential projects CBRE.

He bought a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in the 181 Fitzroy St development for more than $1.5 million.

The 10-storey development was officially launched this month, featuring 160 apartments with interior design by Sue Carr, of Carr Design.

The development will have a rooftop deck with a 20m infinity lap pool overlooking the city skyline, Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay. The $4.8 million penthouse has been sold to a local buyer.
